The most important thing though is that this is easy to hit with (touch attacks), and can be done repetitively. Many of the supposedly "strongest" builds can only kill one or two enemies before they have to rest, because they rely on multiple uses of abilities that can only be used 2-4 times per day, like a paladin's mark.
